1. Who we are. wercreatures.com is operated by WE'RE CREATURES, owned by Nitzan Brown (business no. 316522812), Bnei Brit 17A, Apt. 11, Hod HaSharon 4526521, Israel. Phone/WhatsApp: +972-54-268-7750. Email: service@wercreatures.com.

2. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, or 16+ with a parent's or guardian's consent. Purchases are for personal use, not resale. Up to 5 kits per order.

3. Products. Unisex Eau de Parfum pocket perfumes. Scent notes and contents are listed on each product page. Manufacturer: WE'RE CREATURES. Made in Israel with fragrance concentrates from Grasse, France. Photos are for illustration and colors or packaging may vary slightly.

4. Prices & payment. Prices are charged in Israeli shekels (₪); any USD amount shown is approximate, and your card issuer's exchange rate applies. Shipping is shown before you pay. For US orders, customs duties and import taxes are covered by us. We don't store card details. If a price is clearly wrong because of an obvious error, we'll contact you and offer to cancel with a full refund or complete the order at the correct price.

5. Stock. If an item sells out after you order, we'll let you know and refund you in full or offer an alternative.

6. Shipping. See our Shipping policy. Delivery in Israel takes 2-5 business days; to the US, 10-18 business days. If we can't ship within the stated time, we'll notify you and you may cancel for a full refund.

7. Returns. You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. Details in our Refund policy.

8. Damaged or wrong item. Send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

9. Intellectual property. All illustrations, characters, photos, texts and logos belong to WE'RE CREATURES or our artists. Please don't copy or use them commercially without written permission.

10. Reviews. Reviews you send us may be published with your consent, using your first name and last initial. We don't edit review content; we only remove reviews that are offensive, include personal data, or at the author's request.

11. Privacy. See our Privacy policy.

12. Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

13. Changes. Updates apply to orders placed after they are published.

14. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
