2. What we collect. Order details (name, phone, email, shipping address, order contents), messages you send us, your email (and phone, if you choose) when you sign up for updates or a waitlist, and technical browsing data (device, browser, pages viewed, referral source, IP address) via cookies and similar tools. Payment details are processed by our payment providers; we don't store them.

3. Why. To process and ship orders, provide support and handle returns; to send updates and marketing only if you opted in (unsubscribe anytime via the link in every email); to improve the site and measure advertising; and to meet legal obligations.

4. Tools on this site. Shopify (store, checkout, hosting); Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads; Meta Pixel; Microsoft Clarity (usage analytics, including recordings of how the site is used, such as scrolling and clicks; form inputs are masked); Reddit Pixel; Klaviyo (email); Yotpo (reviews); WhatsApp (if you contact us there).

5. Sharing. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store (platform, payments, shipping carriers, email, analytics and advertising providers listed above) and with authorities when required by law. Some providers store data outside Israel, including in the US and the EU.

6. Cookies & ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences with Google and Meta. Our site does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

7. Your choices & rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or stop marketing emails, by emailing service@wercreatures.com.

8. Retention & security. We keep information only as long as needed to run the business and meet legal obligations, and use reasonable security measures.

9. Children. This site is not intended for children under 16.

10. Updates. The "last updated" date shows the latest version.
